The SVM (stroboscopic effect visibility) under different dimming states is controllable at 0.001, far lower than the optimal evaluation requirement of the industry, SVM≤1, that is, within the dimming range, the stroboscopic effect meets the requirement of no significant impact (imperceptible level).
